Lent - Week One: What are the Practices of Lent?
St. Peter's is excited to share with you during this Lenten season a free trial to Bishop Barron's Word on Fire Digital Library. Each Sunday you will receive a reflection from Bishop Barron on the season of Lent and its practices. We invite you to take the time to watch the short video and respond with your thoughts. The first one is found below.

Lent is a time where Catholics are asked to turn away from the bodily pleasures of the world. We wear ashes, give alms, fast, give up meat, and other pleasures. Take a moment to listen to these helpful lenten practices from Bishop Barron.
